Fixing Stuff Around Yourself — Amal Task

The past weekend was so overwhelming for me. It was my cousin's wedding and I could not miss it. Though the wedding was a lot of fun, it ruined my routine. The wedding ended and as we live nearby we had lots of guests visiting our place after the wedding.

I missed my Fun Sunday session at Amal and the fear of being left behind caught me. I was looking for thousands of reasons to leave, to quit… but failed.

Fast-forwarding to Friday. I saw the project work and the activity of fixing stuff around.

I looked at everywhere and realized that was I who needed fixing. I have become quite a quitter now. But then my sight striked with my delicate learning space which was messy. My books were disorganized as some guests were staying in my room.

This was the place where I used to study

So, the first step was folding blankets and sheets so that my place comes back to what it used to before

After folding stuff It was the time to set up my work station

and ta-da...

Glad that It turned out cute :)

Now working on to catchup my work before I miss the deadline...

The lesson I learned through this simple task was,

I needed one thousand reasons to not do something and a very simple reason to do it.
